Exodus 34:22 KJV   INGATHERING CAMPAIGN LAUNCHES THIS SABBATH The 2017 Ingathering Campaign launches this Sabbath (Oct. 14). All church leaders are asked to fine-tune and promote their strategies to ensure that this year’s campaign is even more successful than last year’s record-breaking outcomes.  Ninety percent of the overflow based on targets set for each church will remain in churches for their own community services’ initiatives. The Ingathering Campaign this year will culminate on January 14, at the end of the 2018 Camp Meeting.   CHURCH LEADERS COUNCIL MEETING THIS SUNDAY The Cayman Islands Conference administration extends a special invitation to all our church leaders (that is, all church board members) to the scheduled Church Leaders Council to be held this Sunday (Sept. 13), at 8:30 am, at the George Town Church.   Some special guests will be in attendance to share some valuable information for all church leaders.   Please many every effort to attend.   NORTH SIDE FAMILY LIFE SEMINARS COMMENCE The North Side Church’s Family Life Seminars commence this Sabbath (Oct. 14) with Evangelist Anthony Gordon, a certified family educator, counsellor, relational health specialist and author. The month-long series of seminars, designed to strengthen family’s relational health, will continue to Nov. 14, Sunday to Wednesday, at 7:30 pm each week, and on Sabbaths at 11 am.   INVITATION TO KINGS MEN’S MINISTRIES’ WEEKEND All men are invited to the Kings Men’s Ministries’ weekend commencing this Friday, at 7 pm. Guest presenters will be Pastor Eric Dannie Clark, President of the North Bahamas Conference; Pastor Shion O’Connor, President of the Cayman Islands Conference; and Elder Bentley Vaughan, Pastoral Counsellor.   The Men’s Ministries’ Services continue on Sabbath (14th), at 9 am, when ladies are invited to attend. The Sunday (15th) service, commencing at 6 pm, is again for men only. All interests are encouraged to invite all male friends, coworkers, family members and neighbours. Parents of teen boys are asked to ensure their teen boys attend, as the weekend’s activities will benefit them immensely, organisers say. These are not joint services. That service will be led by Evangelist Pastor David Campbell. Pastor Franklin M. A joint Investiture Service marking the occasion will take place at Kings Church at 4 pm.   COMMUNITY SERVICES AND PERSONAL MINISTRIES’ MEETING All Community Services and Personal Ministries leaders from all churches are asked to attend a very important joint meeting at the Cayman Academy canteen on Tuesday, September 19.  Leaders may be accompanied by key support persons from their churches. The joint meeting of both groups will convene at 6 pm. A new date will be announced.   CHOIR RECITAL LAUNCHES ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND Spiritual renewal and inspiration awaits you at an evening of music and testimony at a Vesper Service marking the second anniversary of the Cayman Chapter of the Northern Caribbean University Alumni Association. The Vesper Service, this Friday (September 8) at 7 pm, at Kings Church, features a Negro Spiritual recital by the ACKy (NCU Alumni Chapter Cayman) Choir, to be joined by the Kings Choir for selected presentations. Dr. the Hon. Linford Pierson, Brother Deandro Dracket, and Pastor Kevin Danvers will be testifying during the evening on the influence of NCU on their life paths.
